Modern and renovated apartment on the raised ground floor of a house with access to a balcony and a partially fenced terrace in front of the entrance. It offers two separate bedrooms (the first one with a double bed and a bunk bed, the second one with a bunk bed and a pull-out sofa), a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, fridge, freezer, induction hob), a dining area, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine.
The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of a beautiful emerald green lake (100 m) and newer children's playgrounds (50 m). You can hike to a viewpoint offering stunning views of the Soča Valley directly from the apartment. Swimming is possible in several nearby rivers and lakes (Soča, Idrijca, Bača, Tolminka), all within 5 km. Also nearby is the embarkation point for the tourist boat Lucija, which takes you on a tour of the beautiful lake and shows you undiscovered corners of the Soča River. It is also possible to rent stand-up paddleboards, allowing you to explore this wonderful emerald green gem on your own. Fishing is possible, but a permit is required.
